We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator, helping us drive our global marketing initiatives while providing specialized support for our growing presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Marketing Coordinator based on-site. In this role, you will be a vital member of our marketing department, balancing global campaign execution with localized strategies tailored for the APAC market. You will work across various cultures and markets, ensuring our brand remains consistent while effectively reaching regional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate global marketing efforts, including the development of campaigns, management of the monthly newsletter, and administrative support for our marketing databases and reporting.
- Oversee the logistics for marketing materials and branded merchandise, ensuring our teams have what they need for events, webinars, and conferences.
- Execute localized marketing strategies for the APAC region, which includes managing regional partnerships, coordinating language translations, and tracking performance metrics to provide actionable insights to our global team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- One to two years of professional experience in marketing or project management, ideally with exposure to global or APAC markets.
- Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics, as well as experience managing social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively across teams.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Thai is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is based in Singapore.
