Marketing Coordinator at Form Health

At Form Health, we are on a mission to reshape how obesity medicine is delivered. As a venture-backed startup founded in 2019, we provide evidence-based, virtual care through a multidisciplinary approach that connects patients with doctors and dietitians. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us drive growth, increase brand awareness, and support our patient-first mission. This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston headquarters, where you will be expected to work on-site at least three days per week.

What you'll be doing

• Manage our digital presence by maintaining our website via Webflow, performing basic HTML edits, and crafting SEO-optimized content to reach our audience effectively.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing and social media management across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, while using Google Analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate our event marketing efforts, which includes managing logistics for conferences and webinars, creating promotional materials, and supporting lead nurturing initiatives.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive learner with a passion for healthcare and marketing. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A college degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• One to three years of professional marketing experience, ideally with exposure to CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and a willingness to master new technology platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects in our fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English.
• A genuine desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization that values empathy, diversity, and patient outcomes.

What you'll get
