We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator for our Pursuit Marketing division. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our business development efforts by creating high-quality materials that help us secure new projects. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to ensure our proposals and communications reflect the high standards of our organization.
About the Role
This is a full-time, senior-level position that operates on a hybrid work schedule. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will focus on supporting the full lifecycle of our pursuit process, from managing complex RFP and RFQ submissions to developing engaging digital content and marketing collateral. You will be a key contributor to our growth, helping to coordinate our presence at industry events and ensuring our brand messaging remains consistent and compelling across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including the creation and maintenance of standard inputs, coordination of electronic or bound outputs, and ensuring all submissions meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and operations staff to interview subject matter experts and author high-quality, accurate content for project sheets, resumes, and proposal responses.
- Design and layout professional marketing materials and proposal documents using established templates, ensuring that all text, imagery, and graphics are organized and visually effective.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the A/E/C industry or a comparable professional services firm.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced ability to manage time, prioritize multiple deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
