What you'll be doing

• You will support our marketing initiatives by managing creative assets, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring all project deadlines are met.
• You will handle essential administrative tasks, including maintaining our shared digital drives, organizing campaign documentation, and preparing internal communications like office slides and event materials.
• You will conduct industry research and competitive analyses to provide data-driven insights that help inform our marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a full-time college senior or a recent graduate pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Canva.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental advocacy.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and external partners.
