About the role:

As Easy Agile’s first dedicated team member in the content space, you’ll play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and boosting user engagement. You’ll be working alongside our incredible marketing team of 5 to be the voice of Easy Agile and connect our brand with Agile teams around the world.

What you’ll do:

Craft high quality, engaging and original content for various platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog posts, guides, client testimonials and e-books.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive top of funnel traffic.

Work with the marketing team to contribute to and execute a content plan that hits our brand goals and speaks to our audience.

Have the creative freedom to explore new content types and channels, test performance and put your stamp on marketing at Easy Agile.

Regularly assess content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Work closely with key stakeholders across the company to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our content is aligned with business goals.

About you:

You’re an experienced copywriter and can craft both short form and long form content, effectively aligning it with brand objectives, target audience and tone of voice preferences.

You understand SEO principles and can research and write content that takes advantage of SEO opportunities through the use of relevant keywords and meta descriptions.

You write for the human first and balance that with an understanding of how to write for “the machine” to ensure we can meet our strategic goals.

You’re passionate about engaging a B2B audience and appreciate the unique aspects of writing for this market. Your content is user-centric, always aiming to provide value and foster engagement.

You stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices in copywriting and content marketing. You’re always looking for ways to enhance your craft and see AI as a tool to augment your abilities, rather than replace them.

You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with various stakeholders across the business to craft effective content.

We’ll be excited if you have:

Worked in the technology/SaaS industry and understand the nuances of content/copywriting in this space.

SEO analytics experience including GA4/search console/SEMRush et al.

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, Webflow.
