About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Content Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a foundational role where you will serve as our first dedicated content expert. You will work closely with our marketing team of five to shape our brand voice, drive organic growth, and connect with agile teams across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including high-quality copy for blogs, social media, email campaigns, guides, and e-books.
- Optimize all content for search engines by balancing human-centric storytelling with technical SEO best practices to improve our organic visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with our strategic goals and resonates with our B2B audience.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of the SaaS industry and has a passion for digital storytelling. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in copywriting and content creation tailored for B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and the use of analytics tools like GA4, Search Console, or SEMRush.
- Proficiency with creative and web tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in Australia. While our headquarters are in Wollongong and we have an office in Sydney, our team is distributed along the coast. We prioritize face-to-face connection through quarterly team off-sites.
