The role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will lead the strategy, messaging, and resources that help us effectively communicate our mission and products to the world. You will be a key player in shaping how our brand is perceived as we continue to grow.
Core responsibilities
- Re-envision our marketing infrastructure and processes to ensure our messaging reaches the right audiences through the most effective channels.
- Ensure all external communications align with our brand identity while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
- Analyze the performance of our communication strategies and campaigns, providing actionable insights to iterate and improve our outreach efforts.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in marketing and communications. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a specific focus on communications.
- Proven ability to support sales, product, and account management teams effectively.
- Expertise in creating engaging content, marketing collateral, and case studies.
- Proficiency in using marketing CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, to manage workflows.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, including the ability to work alongside product, technology, and sales operations teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A background in the fintech or financial services industry is considered a significant plus.
Compensation and benefits
