The opportunity
As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will serve as a vital voice for our brand. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our external communications strategy. This senior-level contract role is designed for a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure our messaging remains consistent and compelling across all channels. You will play a key role in enhancing our reputation and engagement, specifically targeting partners across the airline, travel, loyalty, and hotel sectors.
A day in the life
- You will lead the development of our external brand communications strategy, maintaining an always-on content calendar that aligns with our commercial goals and business objectives.
- You will act as a storyteller for the brand, producing high-quality copy, managing media relations, and identifying newsworthy market insights that position us as a leader in B2B travel technology.
- You will oversee our presence at industry events and conferences, managing everything from speaker briefings and panel themes to our reactive PR processes during critical moments.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least six years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within the technology or travel industries. You hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. You possess exceptional writing and verbal skills, and you are comfortable interpreting data to inform your communication strategies. Because we operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you are someone who thrives both when working independently and when collaborating across diverse teams. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as you will be managing our external messaging and stakeholder relationships.
