As our marketing and communications efforts become increasingly digital, we are looking for a dedicated professional to help us bridge the gap between technology and our mission.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential to our growth, as you will oversee the infrastructure and training needed to support our digital workflows. You will work across our entire value chain, from recruitment and partner management to alumni engagement. By optimizing our digital systems, you will ensure that our message reaches the right people at the right time, ultimately helping us deliver high-quality programs and thought leadership to our community.
A day in the life
- You will manage our email communications, creating and tracking campaign dashboards while ensuring we remain compliant with privacy and unsubscribe regulations.
- You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver content for our website and microsites, using digital assets to enhance the visitor experience.
- You will work across various departments to maintain the integrity of our contact inventories, ensuring our data flows are optimized for efficiency and reporting.
Who you are
You are a skilled communicator and marketing professional with 4 to 7 years of experience. You have a strong affinity for leading-edge tools and a passion for data-driven results. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Symplicity CSM, and Canvas.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to use Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and HTML.
- Expertise in social media management, specifically regarding analytics capture, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- A commitment to our hybrid work model, with the ability to commute to our Bethesda, MD office two days per week.
- Fluency in English.
