Over het marketing team

Ons marketing team brengt onze merken tot leven – met verhalen die raken en zichtbaarheid die blijft hangen. Via interne en externe media, beurzen en vakbladen delen we waar we voor staan. Met eigen events bouwen we aan merkbekendheid én klantrelaties. Fysieke en digitale mailings zorgen voor een persoonlijke benadering, waarbij we steeds vaker kiezen voor bewuste, duurzame keuzes in onze communicatie.

Jouw rol

Als Marketing Communicatie Specialist ben jij de aanjager die de megafoon pakt en relevante verhalen met de wereld deelt. Je positioneert jezelf zo dat je de organisatie uitdaagt met frisse ideeën voor campagnes, producten en kanalen. Je schakelt in je communicatie moeiteloos tussen onze B2B‑klanten (retailers, webshops, distributeurs) en eindgebruikers (scholieren, studenten, ouders, professionals).

Wat ga je concreet doen?

· Campagnes bedenken en uitvoeren: van concept tot uitvoering, online én offline (nieuwsbrieven, social, vakbeurzen, direct mailings, events).

· Content ontwikkelen: pakkende copy & visuals voor websites, persmateriaal, nieuwsbrieven en fysieke uitingen.

· Samenwerken: nauw optrekken met Sales, Product Management en Content Marketeer.

· Marktonderzoek: trends en behoeften duiden, kansen vertalen naar proposities en activaties.

· Duurzaamheid versterken: bewuste keuzes in middelen en materialen borgen in elke uiting.

· Resultaten meten: KPI’s opstellen (bereik, engagement, ROI) en optimalisaties voorstellen.

· 1‑3 jaar ervaring in marketing of communicatie, bij voorkeur in B2B/B2C‑omgevingen.

· Bovenal creatief én ook data‑gedreven: je denkt in verhalen, maar stuurt op cijfers.

· Zelfstarter die anderen weet te inspireren en samen resultaten behaalt.

· Taalsterk: vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Duits of Frans is een pré.

· Ervaring met projectmanagement en het gestructureerd aansturen van meerdere initiatieven tegelijk.

· Ervaring met e‑mailmarketing, CMS, social advertising en Adobe Creative Suite of Canva.
