Hamelin is a family-owned business with a long history of creating smart writing and organizational tools. Our dedicated Benelux team works every day to make a meaningful impact in schools, offices, and home workspaces.

We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. In this full-time, on-site role, you will act as the voice of our brands, crafting stories that resonate with both our B2B partners and our end users.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, newsletters, trade fairs, and direct mail.
Create engaging copy and visuals for websites, press materials, and physical marketing collateral.
Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product Management, and Content teams to align on brand strategy.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for our products.
Integrate sustainable practices into our communication materials and media choices.
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure reach, engagement, and return on investment.

Must-haves

Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within B2B and B2C environments.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, social advertising, and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
A creative mindset balanced with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
A proactive attitude and the ability to inspire colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Nice-to-haves

Proficiency in German or French.
