The role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Manager to join us on a full-time, temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This role is scheduled from September 2025 through mid-February 2026. You will operate in a hybrid capacity based out of our Ghent office, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution. This is a senior-level position for a hands-on professional who enjoys collaborating across teams to drive real business results.
Core responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on our e-invoicing initiatives, by managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Take charge of marketing partnerships in Belgium for Teamleader Focus, which includes managing co-marketing activities, negotiating agreements, and building strong relationships with third-party organizations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and market trends to ensure high-quality lead generation and continuous improvement of our marketing tactics.
Skills and experience
- Fluency in both English and Dutch is a hard requirement for this position.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or field marketing.
- A proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate and build win-win relationships with external partners.
