What you bring

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a vital role in our full-time, mid-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with our design and digital teams to craft messaging that resonates with our audience. Your expertise in marketing, digital strategy, and email automation will be essential as you help us expand our brand presence across North America.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies that support the entire customer journey.
  • Design, configure, and manage email nurturing campaigns and landing pages to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze audience data and website trends to identify content gaps and optimize our marketing workflows.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who thrives on creative experimentation and out of the box thinking. You should have 3 to 4 years of experience in digital and email marketing, with a strong background in sales-conversion content. Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, or Hubspot is essential. You must be an excellent communicator who is comfortable providing feedback to senior contributors and working cross-functionally with various departments. A mastery of lead tracking, UTM attribution, and a deep understanding of the full-funnel customer journey are critical to your success in this role.
