A day in the life
- You will build and manage target lists for marketing campaigns while monitoring the performance of our recruitment and distribution efforts to ensure we are hitting our goals.
- You will oversee our lead management and campaign operations within Salesforce, ensuring that inbound opportunities are triaged correctly and that leads are handed off to the sales team with high accuracy.
- You will maintain complex spreadsheets and utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot to analyze pipeline data, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to our leadership team.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, event operations, or campaign management. You possess a strong command of English and have a proven track record of collaborating across sales and marketing functions. Your technical toolkit includes:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel, including the ability to build pivot tables and complex formulas to visualize data.
- Deep experience with Salesforce for reporting, campaign management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- A background in lead management and sales engagement platforms.
Why you'll love it here
We are committed to supporting your professional and personal well-being while you help us transform the healthcare experience. This position offers a salary range of $114,750 - $135,000, and you will be eligible for equity compensation. Our benefits package includes:
- Unlimited vacation time, with a recommendation to take at least 20 days off per year to recharge.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave with flexible re-entry options.
- A 401(k) plan where we match 100% of your contributions up to 3% of your annual compensation.
