What you bring
We need a Mid-Level Marketing Campaign Manager to join us on a Full Time basis. In this remote role you will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of multi-channel campaigns that generate and nurture leads for our services organization. You will work with Sales and Marketing, Lead Generation, HubSpot, Demand Generation, ABM, Marketing Operations, Segmentation, Campaign Analysis, Testing, HTML, and CSS to deliver programs that move prospects through long B2B sales cycles. Three key responsibilities include developing and optimizing integrated demand-generation programs, managing campaign calendars and cross-team alignment, and tracking performance against MQL and pipeline KPIs. The position is open to candidates located Anywhere.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings three to four years of hands-on experience running lead-generation campaigns in a fast-paced B2B environment, ideally within a services company that has extended sales cycles. You are fluent in English, comfortable using HubSpot for automation, segmentation, and attribution, and skilled at building high-volume email and paid campaigns from strategy through deployment. Strong copywriting, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with a data-driven mindset that turns campaign insights into clear recommendations. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, plus any HubSpot or demand-generation certifications, would be valuable assets.
