The opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who will turn market insights into coordinated, multi-channel programs that attract new logos and deepen relationships with existing ones. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success, you’ll own the full lifecycle of demand-generation campaigns-from initial brief through creative execution, nurture streams, and performance reporting-making sure every touchpoint reflects our brand and drives pipeline.
A day in the life
- You map out integrated campaigns that blend email drips, paid channels, webinars, and partner co-marketing, then build the audiences, creative assets, and timelines needed to launch them on schedule.
- You monitor live performance in HubSpot and Salesforce, run A/B tests, and translate results into clear recommendations that shape the next wave of programs.
- You coordinate with content, sales, and customer-success teammates to keep messaging consistent, share learnings in weekly stand-ups, and document what worked so the whole team can move faster.
Who you are
You bring at least four years of hands-on experience building multi-channel B2B campaigns inside a metrics-driven software environment. You’re fluent in marketing automation platforms-HubSpot is our stack-and you know how to keep Salesforce records clean so attribution reporting stays reliable. You juggle overlapping deadlines without losing sight of the details, and you’re comfortable shifting between independent deep work and collaborative brainstorms. Bonus points if you’ve worked with retail or CPG brands or have seen the pace of a startup firsthand. English fluency is essential, and an entrepreneurial, “no-jerks” attitude is non-negotiable.
