What you bring

As our first Marketing Brand Designer, you will take full ownership of our visual presence, ensuring that our brand shines across every channel. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Germany, where you will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create impactful assets. Your mid-level experience will allow you to hit the ground running with the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials, including social media, event collateral, and sales assets.
• Design and manage landing pages and web content to strengthen our digital presence.
• Contribute to our internal design systems and guidelines to ensure brand cohesion across the entire organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a designer who balances technical proficiency with a passion for storytelling. You should have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in brand or graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your high-quality work. You must be highly skilled in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Because we operate in a bilingual environment, you are required to have C1 proficiency in English and at least B2 proficiency in German. It is essential that you already possess a valid work permit for the EU and are based in or willing to relocate to Munich. Beyond these technical needs, we value candidates who are organized, open to feedback, and eager to grow within a dynamic, interdisciplinary startup environment.
