Our team works side by side with clients to implement and market these platforms, and we are now looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to strengthen our client support efforts in a hybrid role based in Canada.

What you'll be doing

Configure and optimize complex marketing automation sequences for email and SMS on Klaviyo and other platforms, ensuring smooth integration with each client’s systems.
Work directly with client teams to share best practices, guide campaign execution, and demonstrate results while spotting new growth opportunities.
Review existing content, design A/B tests, track campaign KPIs, and use data analysis to recommend improvements that boost engagement and conversions.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation, including hands-on technical campaign setup and strategic consulting. You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field and are fully bilingual in English and French. You bring advanced mastery of Klaviyo and other automation tools, strong skills in email marketing strategy and content optimization, and the ability to analyze performance data to drive concrete improvements. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging client teams to raise results.
