The opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our customized website experiences and internal sales webinars. You will focus on developing brand awareness and generating qualified leads to fuel our sales pipeline. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Lead, you will play a key part in scaling our operations while gaining hands-on experience in lead routing, scoring, and advanced reporting.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define webinar goals, timelines, and logistical details.
• You will design and build landing pages in HubSpot to support our sales team's prospecting efforts.
• You will manage the setup of Zoom webinars and ensure that lead routing and automated email communications are functioning perfectly within Salesforce.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing automation role. You thrive in a team-first environment and are ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Your background includes:

• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience using webinar technologies such as Zoom.
• A solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and system workflows.
• Desirable knowledge of Salesforce administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A humble and hungry mindset, ready to contribute to our mission.
