We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a mid-level professional who is ready to take ownership of our CRM strategies and help us scale our impact. You will sit at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, working closely with our international team to ensure our communication is as effective as it is engaging. A day in the life

• Crafting CRM campaigns by planning and executing strategies that meet clear business goals while ensuring our messaging resonates deeply with our community of pet owners.
• Analyzing performance data to identify trends and key metrics, allowing you to make informed decisions and report on the impact of our marketing efforts to stakeholders.
• Optimizing through testing by running A/B tests and utilizing your technical skills to refine our communication, improve conversion rates, and constantly enhance the customer experience.

Who you are

You are a data-driven marketer with 1-2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation. You are comfortable working in a global environment, which means you are fluent in English and Polish. You have a critical mindset and are always looking for ways to solve problems creatively. While experience with Iterable is a major plus, we value your ability to learn and adapt to our tech stack. Most importantly, you are passionate about our mission and genuinely love dogs.
