What you bring
As a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. You will serve as a bridge between strategic design and tactical execution, reporting to the VP of Marketing Strategy while collaborating closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams. Your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Managing the daily operations, configuration, and optimization of our Marketo instance to ensure seamless integration across our marketing technology stack.
- Designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, lead scoring, and automated nurture workflows.
- Measuring and analyzing campaign performance against key benchmarks to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and pipeline development.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who thrives on data and process optimization. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, along with at least four years of marketing experience, ideally within the B2B or healthcare sectors. We require at least two years of hands-on experience with Marketo, and a certification is highly preferred. You must be proficient in tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and GA4, and possess a strong grasp of email compliance standards such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Beyond your technical expertise, we value individuals who are detail-oriented, excellent at project management, and eager to solve complex problems in a collaborative, supportive environment.
