The opportunity

We are searching for a Marketing Automation Graduate to join our team in the United Kingdom. This full-time, hybrid role is designed for a motivated individual who wants to dive deep into the world of digital marketing operations. You will support our team by managing email campaigns, coordinating event workflows, and analyzing data to help us reach our goals. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo while working in a fast-paced MedTech environment where your contributions directly impact how we connect with our audience.

A day in the life

• You will assist with the execution of email campaigns and nurture programs, ensuring our automation workflows in Adobe Marketo run smoothly and effectively.
• You will help maintain the health of our marketing database by organizing audience segments and ensuring our data remains clean and actionable.
• You will coordinate event and webinar registrations, working closely with our team to manage logistics and track engagement metrics to report on our overall success.

Who you are

You are a recent graduate with a degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or Communications. You possess a sharp, analytical mind and are comfortable tackling logic-based problems. Because you will be working with data regularly, strong Excel skills are essential for this role. You are a quick learner who is eager to master new software, and while prior experience with tools like Marketo, WordPress, or basic HTML/CSS is a bonus, your curiosity and proactive attitude are what matter most to us.
