About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Director to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for designing and executing a scalable automation strategy that optimizes how we generate, engage, and convert leads. You will serve as the primary expert on our email marketing and CRM integration efforts, ensuring our marketing technology stack works in perfect harmony with our sales and revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing automation strategy that utilizes trigger-based workflows, segmentation, and personalization to drive lead generation.
- Oversee the health and growth of our email database while managing domain authentication and sender reputation to ensure high deliverability standards.
- Partner with our RevOps team to manage the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accurate lead tracking, reporting, and sales-marketing alignment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of direct experience managing marketing automation systems and executing email marketing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including experience with Google Postmaster Tools and managing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns using data insights.
- Experience working in a B2B environment with a solid understanding of lead routing, lifecycle tracking, and multi-touch attribution.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Wordpress is highly preferred.
- Excellent collaborative abilities to work effectively across sales, content, and product marketing teams.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000, depending on your experience, credentials, and location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
