Marketing Associate/Coordinator at Calvetti Ferguson - Experienced Professionals

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Associate to join our team and support the growth of Calvetti Ferguson and our affiliate, CF Financial. Calvetti Ferguson is a nationally recognized CPA and consulting firm based in Houston, with a strong presence across Texas and in Nashville. Alongside our wealth advisory firm, CF Financial, we focus on delivering exceptional financial planning and asset management services to our clients. We take pride in our commitment to our communities and the professional development of our team members. In this role, you will work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer to elevate our brand presence and drive lead generation through strategic outreach and collaboration.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain engaging social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, while monitoring performance metrics.
• Produce high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, website content, white papers, and email campaigns that reflect our brand voice.
• Coordinate the logistics for various events, such as webinars, conferences, and client gatherings, from venue selection to final follow-up.
• Oversee our company sponsorships, including identifying opportunities, managing contracts, and attending events in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to represent our firm.
• Maintain the inventory and distribution of promotional items and company swag for internal and external use.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Between 1 and 4 years of professional experience in a marketing role.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media channels and creating compelling content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools like Asana, and design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to travel within the United States and attend occasional after-hours events or meetings.
