What you bring
We are seeking a junior-level professional to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the Philippines. You will be instrumental in executing our marketing vision, managing campaigns, and driving brand engagement. Your daily responsibilities will include the following:
- Designing and deploying multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms to generate high-quality leads.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of event planning, from initial strategy and venue selection to on-site execution and post-event performance analysis.
- Utilizing Google Analytics and other data tools to track campaign metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong foundation in content strategy and campaign management. You should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant marketing experience and demonstrate proficiency in English. We value candidates who are critical thinkers, comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. A solid grasp of web analytics and a passion for data-driven decision-making are essential for success in this role.
