Our mission is to help students build confidence and develop strategies for success, and we are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic, remote-first team. In this role, you will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and play a vital part in amplifying our voice, managing our marketing calendar, and driving engagement across our various channels.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute engaging event materials and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-impact webinar content and manage the logistical setup of virtual events.
- Partner with our design team to create compelling visuals for newsletters and other digital collateral.
- Maintain the email marketing calendar and oversee the logistical execution of campaigns.
- Work alongside an SEO contractor to improve our content visibility and reach.
- Manage organic social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Monitor performance metrics to brainstorm and implement strategies that maximize audience engagement.
- Create effective sales enablement materials in close cooperation with our clinical and sales departments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, with a specific focus on lead generation and event strategy.
- Strong writing capabilities, with the ability to produce engaging content for emails, social media, and sales materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- A genuine interest in the field of special education and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Professional proficiency in the English language.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with the special education sector.
- Technical proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience managing virtual webinar platforms like Zoom.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and enhance sales performance.
- Design skills using tools such as Canva to create engaging visual assets.
