Role at a glance
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. This is an ideal role for a junior-level professional who is highly organized and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, event coordination, and digital advertising.
Your impact
- Event Coordination: Manage event listings on platforms like Eventbrite, handle attendee logistics, and coordinate event materials to ensure a seamless experience for our community.
- Digital Presence: Monitor social media channels to engage with our audience, assist with copywriting for blog posts, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Reddit.
- Operational Support: Maintain marketing inventory, process expenses, and handle the logistics of patient gifts to ensure our day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency or familiarity with tools such as Meta Advertising, Eventbrite, and expense reporting systems.
- Excellent written English communication skills for copywriting and proofreading.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, fertility, or women’s health is a major plus.
