We are Cleo, a rapidly growing leader in ecosystem integration software that helps over 4,000 customers realize their full potential by connecting enterprise applications and critical workflows. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our remote team and help us drive growth through the creation, execution, and optimization of impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, build pipelines, and acquire new customers.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations for testing and iteration.
- Collaborate across the organization with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to meet monthly and quarterly program goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive, cross-channel marketing calendar throughout the year.
- Support the execution of conferences, events, and tradeshows to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure all campaign materials are accurate and error-free.
- Deepen your expertise in our target industries and executive buyer personas.
- Stay current on marketing trends by researching industry best practices and competitor strategies.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or Management.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email, LinkedIn, and display advertising, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives within a cross-functional environment.
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-starting, proactive approach to making a measurable impact.
