The role

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the medical device industry. You will work closely with our product marketing team to execute campaigns, support sales initiatives, and manage the tools that keep our department running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable with complex technology, and ready to contribute to our mission in the United States.

Core responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing literature, sales support tools, and video content that effectively highlights the value of our product lines to customers.
• Develop and manage advertising content across web and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Coordinate the launch of new software releases and maintain our internal and external resource libraries with the latest messaging and materials.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical proficiency and creative communication skills. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree combined with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong technical aptitude, specifically with hardware and software products.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, alongside experience with analytics tools like Tableau and Salesforce.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong time management and project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and benefits

We provide a competitive annual base salary range of $72,207 to $89,708. In addition to your base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits and equity program. Your total compensation will be determined based on your unique skills, experience, and specific work location.
