What you bring
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will work from anywhere to support our partnership programs through education, communication, and engagement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our coordinators and analysts to ensure our partner agencies receive the support they need to succeed. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing communications with our partners using marketing automation tools.
- Facilitating the onboarding and training journey for new agencies.
- Organizing educational content and maintaining our online learning platforms.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a clear and objective writer with a strong focus on effective communication. We value candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. You must be proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Fluency in Portuguese is required for this position. While not mandatory, it is a plus if you have experience with marketing automation, digital agency environments, or creating professional reports and presentations.
