This is a full-time, on-site position based in France, where you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of strategic marketing initiatives.
What you bring
In this role, you will be a key player in our marketing efforts, focusing on CRM management, community engagement, and content production. You will work closely with our team to ensure our brand voice remains consistent and impactful across all channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing our CRM operations, which involves drafting newsletters, segmenting our customer database, setting up campaigns in Klaviyo, and analyzing performance metrics to drive improvement.
- Leading our community management efforts by moderating social media interactions, coordinating with our agency on content calendars, and creating engaging short-form video content.
- Supporting our broader marketing strategy through SEO-optimized content creation, blog writing, and ensuring all brand communications align with our established tone of voice.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn and ready to contribute from day one. You should hold a degree from a business, communication, or marketing school, preferably at the Master level. We value candidates who have a strong interest in the startup ecosystem and have gained some initial experience in the field. Proficiency in French is essential for this role. You should be comfortable using CRM tools, with specific experience in Klaviyo being a significant advantage. The ideal person for this team is highly organized, autonomous, and creative, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a genuine passion for social media trends. You should be someone who enjoys an operational approach and is not afraid to dive into the details to get the job done.
