We currently support over 150 locations throughout the Northeast, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help us continue this journey.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Melville headquarters. This is an ideal position for a student currently pursuing a degree who is looking to gain professional experience within a fast-growing healthcare organization. You will work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly support our dental practices and help shape our brand presence.
What will you do?
- Help manage daily marketing requests from our network of dental practices to ensure their local needs are met.
- Perform market research to uncover new opportunities for community outreach and local engagement.
- Assist in the maintenance of our website content to keep information accurate and up to date for our patients.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a proactive learner who is currently working toward a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. We value strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite, and any experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms will be considered a significant plus. Because we communicate with diverse teams across multiple states, clear verbal and written English skills are essential for your success in this role.
