Our Marketing Team performs a range of tasks, supporting our 150+ locations across 7 states in the Northeast (and growing!). 

LOCATION: 

HIRING SCHEDULE:  

• Typical in-office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. 
• This position may require some flexibility, including weekends, for special events or to meet specific deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with day-to-day marketing requests from dental practices across our network.
• Conduct market research to identify local marketing opportunities and community events.
• Support the creation and updating of website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Compile and analyze marketing performance data to generate reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns across digital, out-of-home (OOH), and print channels.
• Help coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for practices and local outreach.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
