Marketing Assistant at Take Command Health

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a part-time Marketing Assistant and help us bring this vision to life.

What you'll be doing

• You will manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for our various marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
• You will utilize HubSpot to build, test, and launch essential marketing assets, including landing pages, email workflows, forms, and segmentation lists.
• You will collaborate across teams, including Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing, to ensure our multi-channel campaigns and partner initiatives remain consistent and effective.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and a passion for our mission. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in HubSpot and experience with project management tools.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills to produce engaging content for emails, social media, and marketing collateral.
• A solid understanding of email marketing and experience supporting event marketing initiatives.
• A basic understanding of the U.S. healthcare system or employer benefits, with a preference for those familiar with SaaS or insurtech environments.
• The ability to work in a hybrid capacity, as you are located in or near Austin or Dallas.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our team and partners.
