We also empower schools to operate as dynamic, modern businesses. Since launching our transformative financial aid application in 2022, we have grown to support over 950 schools and 100,000 families. As we prepare to launch our second product in 2024, we are looking for a talented Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our fully remote team. What you'll be doing

• You will act as a logistics lead by managing the execution of events, email campaigns, and social media initiatives, ensuring that every project stays on schedule and meets our quality standards.
• You will serve as a key resource for our CRM by maintaining the integrity of our HubSpot database, building actionable dashboard reports, and training team members on new features.
• You will provide hands-on support to both our marketing and sales departments, contributing your own insights to improve our campaigns and helping the team achieve its broader objectives.

What you'll bring

• You possess proven experience in a marketing support role, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced company.
• You are highly proficient with HubSpot or similar sales CRMs and have the ability to teach these tools to others.
• You demonstrate exceptional organizational and project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining clear communication across the team.
• You have a creative mindset and a genuine passion for developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
• You are comfortable with occasional travel to assist with large conferences or participate in company retreats.
• You are fluent in English and eager to solve complex problems in a collaborative, remote environment.
