We are currently looking for a Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
Key outcomes
- Take charge of our presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and speaking events by managing all logistics, including registrations, shipments, and onsite arrangements.
- Lead internal planning meetings to define event goals and ensure all team members are prepared to meet our business development objectives.
- Contribute to our broader marketing strategy by drafting content for our website, blog, and email campaigns.
- Support our brand awareness efforts by writing media announcements and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee our library of sales support materials to ensure all assets are accurate, current, and readily available.
- Partner with the sales team to track event performance and gather actionable insights.
Requirements
- A college degree paired with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and event planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to quickly synthesize information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous professional experience working within the healthcare or information technology sectors.
