About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and creative instinct. You will help us move beyond surface-level metrics to build a holistic, privacy-first measurement framework that captures the true impact of our global campaigns. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in shaping our marketing strategy through data-led insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate campaign performance to guide high-stakes decisions regarding our global channel mix and investment strategy.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, narrative-driven presentations that provide senior leadership with actionable insights.
- Design and lead testing agendas to understand how our community interacts with the brand and to ensure our growth remains intentional.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in cross-channel media measurement and a deep understanding of paid, owned, and digital strategies. We are looking for a natural storyteller who can turn spreadsheets into compelling decks that influence business decisions. You should be highly proficient in Excel and the Google Marketing Platform, including Campaign Manager and GA4. Additionally, you must have strong skills in visual communication using tools like Looker Studio to make data accessible. We value candidates who are curious, pragmatic, and ready to independently own the analytics space.
Location
This role is based in London. As we believe the best work happens when we are together, this is an in-office position requiring you to be present at our Kings Cross or Farringdon offices five days a week. We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your assigned office.
