What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States, where you will play a key role in our strategic decision-making process. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in market research, particularly within the fintech or financial services space, we would love to meet you.
What will you do?
- Perform deep-dive market research and share your findings with our product, sales, and marketing teams to help guide our strategy.
- Organize and interpret large sets of data, turning complex information into clear charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.
- Create engaging content and deliver presentations during company meetings to tell a compelling story with the data you have gathered.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a data-savvy communicator who is comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment. We require the following skills and qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data visualization and PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Monday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
