We are Aviatrix, the cloud networking expert trusted by more than 500 leading enterprises. Our platform delivers the visibility, security, and control companies need to stay agile in the cloud. We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our on-site team in India and help drive data-informed decisions across our global marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a roadmap for continuous marketing optimizations.
- Produce executive-level reports that summarize marketing strategies, performance, and upcoming initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Turn complex marketing analysis into concise, easy-to-understand presentations.
- Track, measure, and report on all marketing initiatives using weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics.
- Develop forecasts and projections that guide future program planning.
- Share optimization opportunities with stakeholders and support their implementation.
- Compile performance data and deliver actionable insights that help the team meet or exceed goals.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analysis or data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing programs, either in a marketing department or an advertising agency.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Reporting.
- Experience using reporting and attribution tools such as Omni, Tableau, Looker, rampmetrics, or Bizible.
- Expert-level Excel skills and a solid foundation in data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft or Outreach, AI writing tools such as copy.ai, and collaboration platforms like Coda.
