The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team and lead the data strategy for our go-to-market initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary voice for marketing performance, ensuring that our campaigns are not only tracked effectively but also optimized for maximum impact. You will sit at the intersection of data and strategy, helping us articulate our growth story while ensuring our marketing efforts align with our broader institutional goals. A day in the life

• You will manage the full lifecycle of campaign tracking, which includes building and maintaining sophisticated dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance for our business lines.
• You will act as a problem solver by diving deep into data to identify the root causes of campaign trends and proactively suggesting adjustments to improve our outcomes.
• You will collaborate across various departments to mentor team members and engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring that our marketing analytics are integrated into the company's strategic planning.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in marketing analytics and a passion for driving business growth. You communicate effectively in English and possess the ability to adapt your style to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Your qualifications include:

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce administrator and a deep understanding of marketing analytics tooling.
• Proven expertise in developing dashboards and tracking performance marketing data across a variety of SaaS platforms.
• A self-starting mindset with a drive to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• A working knowledge of the financial services, fintech, or crypto sectors.
