Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Marketing Analyst to join us full-time in a fully remote role. You’ll bring mid-level experience and work on Eastern Standard Time, turning data from our marketing channels into clear direction for the whole team.
Your impact
- Track, report, and analyze marketing performance so forecasts stay accurate and leadership gets the insights needed for quick decisions.
- Run A/B and multi-variate tests, then translate results into plain-language recommendations that shape campaigns and budget choices.
- Collect and combine data from Shopify, Bloomreach, Northbeam, GA4, and other platforms, then surface the patterns that improve customer journeys and reduce churn.
What you'll need
You’re naturally curious about data and comfortable digging until you find the real drivers behind results. You ask follow-up questions, challenge assumptions with evidence, and turn complex findings into crisp reports or dashboards that anyone on the team can use. Three to five years of hands-on marketing analytics experience has given you fluency with Google Sheets, forecasting models, customer segmentation, and tools like Northbeam or GA4. You communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and proactively spot gaps in our measurement before they become problems. Strong written and spoken English is essential.
