Position Title: Marketing Analyst

Location: São Paulo, Brazil  (remote) 

About the role 

LTK Brazil is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will develop messaging for email marketing, blog, and presentations across 3 different audience segments (creators, brands, consumers); Create compelling internal campaigns to grow brand engagement with our creator base. 

The ideal candidate will be an effective storyteller, hands-on, and strategic thinker, with a solid understanding of the influencer marketing and consumer shopping industries. The Marketing Specialist will sit on the Marketing Team, and work cross-functionally with design, creator, brand, and social media teams, as well as with other key stakeholders

How you will make an impact 

• Content creation for multiple audiences and platforms (i.e., emails, in-app messages, presentations, sales materials, blog posts, etc). 
• Growth analyses for marketing channels like email, blog, website and in app messages
• Manage internal marketing campaigns to grow organic linking and brand engagement among our creator base, using a cross-channel strategy (i.e. Email, Blog, WhatsApp, In-app message) (LTK Ads)
• Effectively report results for all stakeholders via presentations and one-pagers
• Have a basic understanding of graphic design
• Absorb the LTK tone and voice to communicate to various audiences

What you will bring to LTK

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism and related fields
• 4+ years’ experience writing creative and marketing content
• Advanced/fluent English, both written and verbal
• Experience in project management
• Proven experience creating engaging content for different users (B2B, B2C)
• Ability to read marketing data for Blog, Email and Brand growth
• Experience with designing presentations and newsletters
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and content creator business
• A “can-do” attitude and superb interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are an absolute must
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic agile environment
• Respectful when challenging assumptions and giving and receive feedback with equal grace
• Estimate work, commit and deliver on deadlines, and are vocal when risk arises
• Team player that enjoys collaborating cross-functionally and working with a great group of Creatives, who genuinely care about their work and each other #LI-JF1
