Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, and we are open to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in scaling our marketing programs by leveraging data to drive performance and strategy.
Your impact
- Design and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of our campaigns and website performance.
- Analyze key metrics to uncover actionable insights, which you will share with stakeholders to optimize our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate across the organization to implement A/B testing, automate workflows, and ensure our systems and databases are accurate and efficient.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing operations and a data-driven mindset. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and qualities:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a marketing analyst or operations capacity.
- Proficiency with essential tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, SFDC, and Heap.
- Expertise in user attribution strategies and software integration.
- Strong technical writing skills for creating documentation and training materials.
- A self-starting, curious, and collaborative approach to solving complex problems.
- Fluency in English.
