Renewal by Andersen serves as the dedicated window replacement division of the Andersen Corporation, a company with 120 years of history as the oldest and largest manufacturer of windows and doors in North America. We pride ourselves on product excellence, utilizing our own employee installers rather than sub-contractors to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will help us make informed, data-driven decisions that shape our marketing strategies and improve our customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Key outcomes
- Perform comprehensive data analysis by querying databases and utilizing visualization tools to share findings with key stakeholders.
- Translate large datasets into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines and workflows to improve the efficiency of our reporting processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization across various departments.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity by performing regular cleaning and validation tasks.
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and anticipate future business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with the latest industry technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in an analytics or similar role.
- Strong technical proficiency in data tools including SQL, Tableau, Excel, and R.
- The ability to work effectively both as an independent contributor and as a team member.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Fluency in English.
