Core responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance by collecting and standardizing data from multiple sources, such as CRMs and marketing automation platforms, to provide clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve our marketing technology stack, including building automations, ensuring data hygiene, and troubleshooting system inefficiencies to keep our operations running flawlessly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Product, to fulfill data requests and align our reporting practices with broader company goals.
Skills and experience
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- One to three years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for candidates who have a background in B2B marketing.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting findings.
