Role at a glance
We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mexico City. This is a full-time, mid-level position that operates on a hybrid schedule. You will report directly to the Latin America Marketing Coordinator and work closely with our broader marketing team and firm leadership to keep our operations running smoothly.
Your impact
- Manage event registrations and calendars for our business development leaders to ensure our firm stays connected.
- Coordinate professional photoshoots by acting as the primary liaison between photographers and project teams, managing everything from scheduling and invoicing to on-site staging.
- Support the marketing department through essential administrative tasks, including budget tracking, processing invoices, maintaining our internal intranet, and managing marketing inventory.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or administrative roles.
- Full bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A highly organized approach with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- A collaborative, positive, and professional attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience with HubSpot CRM, Deltek Vantagepoint, or OpenAsset.
