We provide a comprehensive suite of services, including cross-border payment solutions, automated AP/AR tools, and risk management, to support everyone from independent freelancers to large-scale enterprises. We are looking for a dedicated Market Researcher to join our team on-site and help us shape our marketing strategy as we continue to grow.
What you'll be doing
- You will perform deep-dive market research and translate your findings into actionable insights for our product, sales, and marketing departments.
- You will manage and interpret large data sets, organizing complex information into clear, professional spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
- You will communicate your research findings by presenting data-driven stories during company meetings and collaborating on various marketing content pieces like articles and infographics.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- One to two years of experience in market research, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data visualization and PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A high level of attention to detail and a natural ability to analyze data.
- The ability to work on-site five days a week to support our highly collaborative environment.
