The role

We are looking for a Market Owner Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a hybrid position that requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support our hospital locations. You will serve as a vital link between our central marketing team and local hospital leadership, helping to drive brand awareness and demand through strategic, data-driven initiatives.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies by identifying community sponsorship opportunities and evaluating market-specific events.
• Collaborate closely with hospital leadership to interpret referral trends, track case volumes, and provide actionable recommendations for marketing spend and collateral.
• Partner with our internal marketing teams to ensure that regional campaigns are executed effectively while maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in field marketing, corporate marketing, or sales.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Proven expertise in project management and the ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships both internally and externally.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, including:
