The opportunity
We are seeking a Market Intelligence Representative to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospects using our free product, helping them realize the full potential of our digital intelligence tools. You will play a vital role in our sales organization by nurturing these relationships and converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities. This position is designed for those looking to build a career in sales, with a clear path toward future leadership roles in new business or account management.
A day in the life
- You will manage inbound inquiries through calls, chats, and contact forms to identify prospects who can benefit from our digital intelligence solutions.
- You will analyze our data to uncover relevant insights, sharing these findings via email or conversation to demonstrate the tangible value of our platform.
- You will collaborate with our marketing department to execute campaigns and schedule meetings between prospects and our sales managers to build a robust pipeline.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional who is eager to launch a successful career in the tech industry. You possess a strong work ethic and have a natural talent for building meaningful relationships. You are comfortable working in an on-site environment and bring the following qualifications to our team:
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- A desire to grow within the tech sales space.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or marketing role, which is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, which is also highly valued.
- Experience working with the LATAM market, which is a plus.
