What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Market Insights Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. You will be instrumental in driving our business strategy by researching salary trends and analyzing performance data. Your core responsibilities include the following:

• Conducting in-depth research on international workforce and salary benchmarking to support client hiring strategies.
• Collecting and analyzing data from our marketing, sales, and operational systems to identify key trends and improve performance.
• Creating impactful dashboards and visualizations to communicate actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for data. We require a bachelor’s degree in a field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration, along with at least three years of experience in a similar role. You must be fluent in English and possess strong technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce is essential for managing our marketing and sales data. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, capable of working independently on multiple projects, and skilled at presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. A basic understanding of Python for statistical analysis is considered a plus.
