What you bring

As our Market Development Manager, you will step into a vital, field-based role focused on driving our growth strategy and establishing our technology as the industry standard. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to be based anywhere. You will serve as a key leader in our downstream marketing efforts, specifically focusing on expanding our breast business through strategic market penetration. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to engage both new and existing customers.
• Providing dedicated support and strategic engagement for our breast specialty team.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups to advance our commercial initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong background in marketing and product management, particularly within the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors. You should hold at least a bachelor’s degree, with a specialization in marketing being highly advantageous. We value professionals who possess at least five years of progressive experience and a proven track record of success in navigating complex, fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates will be adept at managing multiple priorities, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organization. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be comfortable with domestic and occasional international travel, which will account for approximately 40% of your time.

What we offer
