Market Ambassador at Shaker

Our platform is the first of its kind, designed to streamline and enhance the entire home buying and selling process while fostering lasting client relationships. As a small and nimble team, we are currently looking for passionate individuals to help us expand our reach in major markets across the United States.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Market Ambassador to join us on a part-time basis. This is a junior-level position that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere. If you have experience in real estate, perhaps as an agent or a transaction coordinator, and are looking for a way to supplement your income while helping us grow, we would love to hear from you.

What will you do?

• Research and identify top-performing real estate agents and teams in your local area.
• Coordinate and lead meetings via Zoom or in person to demonstrate the value of the Shaker platform.
• Collaborate closely with our internal sales team to help successfully close deals.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in real estate and a solid understanding of CRM and marketing principles. We value candidates who possess excellent management and networking skills. You must be comfortable using Zoom for professional presentations and be able to communicate effectively in English. We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and eager to help us penetrate new markets.
